Orbflow – Black

An 18”x24” composition set within a black aluminum frame, featuring a field of dimensional orbs embedded into a deep black surface. The piece is unified through layers of high-gloss epoxy, creating a continuous reflective skin that locks each form beneath a glass-like depth. Light moves across the surface rather than into it, revealing subtle shifts in contour as the orbs emerge and recede within the material.

The epoxy acts as both barrier and amplifier, sealing the composition while enhancing its sense of depth and stillness. The result is a restrained, atmospheric study of form where texture, reflection, and shadow become the primary movement within an otherwise silent field.
