Orbflow – Black (Large Format)

A 25”x49” large-scale composition framed in matte black aluminum, built around a field of dimensional orbs embedded into a deep black surface. The extended horizontal format amplifies the sense of movement across the piece, allowing the forms to shift like a slow current through space.

A continuous layer of high-gloss epoxy seals the surface, creating a glass-like depth that locks the composition beneath a reflective skin. The epoxy enhances contrast between light and shadow, giving the orbs a suspended, almost weightless quality as they emerge and dissolve within the black field.

At this scale, the work becomes more atmospheric and immersive, emphasizing flow across distance rather than a single focal point. The result is a restrained, dimensional study where surface, depth, and reflection operate as one continuous visual plane.
